Frances Rey is a certified Christian life coach and author, based in Southern California. She is the author of the Unmasking the Enemy series, a grace-centered series devoted to helping believers and church leaders recognize spiritual deception and rediscover the Spirit-led life Jesus intended for His church.
Frances’ writing and coaching focus not only on individual restoration, but on helping the church return to a foundation rooted in grace rather than fear, and dependence on the Spirit rather than performance. Her Unmasking the Enemy series helps readers recognize how spiritual deception can subtly affect even the most sincere faith, and gently guides them back to the heart of Christ.
As a certified Christian life coach, Frances walks alongside those who are spiritually, emotionally, and mentally wounded—helping them rebuild their faith with clarity, compassion, and biblical truth. She often describes herself as a “spiritual EMT,” called to meet people in their brokenness and guide them toward healing and freedom.

A Life Rewritten by Grace
Before Frances Rey ever knew the love of God, she knew loss.
Born in Santa Ana, California, Frances’ early life was marked by tragedy when, at just three years old, she lost her mother to aggressive cancer. Her mother was only twenty-eight, leaving seven children, four of them under the age of five. Though her home quickly filled with extended family who came from Mexico to help, grief settled quietly into the walls. Surrounded by people, Frances often felt profoundly alone.
Without words for her pain, she searched for love wherever she could find it. By her early teens, she had stepped into a world she was far too young to carry parties, drugs, promiscuity, rebellion. She dropped out of high school and lived with a quiet bitterness and anger that seemed to follow her everywhere.
